Hey, I was just wondering who was suppose to be marking Gallas when he scored?

Im sure it was either Gerrard or Riise.

We dont mark individual players, we marks zones of the area.

I think riise was meant to be marking him. But if he hadnt scored there were plenty of other chelsea players unmarked in the penalty area. Poor defending

You dont mark players in zonal marking but i felt one of the players on the post could have read the danger and come out and cleared...but a spose theyre looking at the ball so a dont really blame anyone for the goal

What bloody zone were the 5 or 6 people that ran out marking? that is completely stupid, 5 or 6 people ran out missed the ball leaving a huge gap in between.

We were poor when it comes to headers. Teams like bolton, manure and cheatski are a lot better on air than us. If we managed to block all of them from getting the ball on air, zonal or man marking's not going to be an issue at all.

I think Reina is responsbile for that zone since it's right in front of the goal.

we didn't conceed a goal for 10 games and now we are moaning about the system the manager has brought in?

?? looking for scapegoats is a bit much lads.

i say lets blame david james he used to be terrible at corners so maybe he has cursed the boxes at anfield?

it was chelski first corner the whole defensive unit got caught napping not one player the whole team.
against lesser opposition we might have got away with it but we didn't so stop moanin
