i used to be a bookmaker but i felt i was at odds with the boss, i certainly wasn't his favourite anyway. i thought the grass would be greener the other side of the fence so i handed my notice in and was relieved to be on the final furlong

yeah i was odds on to get the sack which was a bit of a handicap, i wanted to be up with the front runners

i used to sell magazines about farmers equipment but i stopped because i developed a talent for blowing out cool air.............you could say i was an ex tractor fan .
