Can you get an STD on your tongue??

I think thrush is a possibility but i'm not sure if that is an STD!

I feel for you mate, I once had a weird growth on my tounge, never found out what it was, but it drove me mad as a box of frogs!

don't think you can get an STD like that, only through sex i think.
