The wagons full.
So then finally getting some recognition from the media are we, well we dont need it.
Weve been saying for years just how good our club actually is, but the critics could'nt wait to get their knives out and turn them when ever they could.
Call it jealousy, if you like with most of the southern media bias and their journo's probably supporting the mancs and now Chelsea.
For the last two season stoking the fires to prise our most valuble asset away from the club, because Liverpool wasnt fashinable to them, now stevie has pledged his future to Liverpool F.C. they have turned their attentions to prising Henry away from Arsenal, cause the media thinks he should leave cause he cant win a CL medal at Arsenal, so therfore its their job, to throw the cat among the pigeons and get great players to leave their clubs and move onto pastures new.
We are top of the group in the CL weve played more football than any other english team, through having to start early in defending our European Cup. (Oh yes but thats forgotten by the media)
We have gone on five games on the trot in the premiership unbeaten, We havent lost a European game for over a year.
If we beat Wigan tommorrow we will go second albeit for a couple of hours, Arsenal have a tricky fixture away to Bolton, so after tommorrows games we could find ourselves 3rd behind the mancs who have a relativly easy fixture against Portsmouth, Chelsea are at home to Boro.
We havent been fourth since May 2004 and a win tommorrow will see us in that 2nd spot somewhere we havent been since December 2002.
Heres some articles from the media bandwagon jumpers.
The Reds are coming up the hill boys

Gerrard's home fire burning brightly for Liverpool
By Oliver Kay
Club and captain are now as one again at Anfield
HEARD any good Steven Gerrard rumours lately? House-hunting in Hounslow or West Brompton, perhaps? Dining with Peter Kenyon? Remonstrating with Rafael Benítez and checking the small print in his contract? Not even a tiny tantrum about being asked to play on the right wing? No? How very strange.

Gerrard, it is finally safe to say, is happy.
his decision to stay at Anfield last summer, after his head had been turned by the promise of riches and silverware at Stamford Bridge, is one that he can look back on with relief rather than regret.
There was a spring in Gerrard’s step as he headed down the tunnel at the Stadium of Light on Wednesday night, after the whistle had blown on Liverpool’s fifth league win in succession, and it was there again five minutes later, when he re-emerged for the warm-down, cracking jokes with Jamie Carragher and Xabi Alonso. Between times, still smiling, he informed a television reporter that, on present form, his team were ready to have “a right go” at winning the Premiership title.
This happiness, friends say, extends to his life away from football after he moved to a new house with his fiancée, Alex, and their young daughter, but it is on the pitch that the effects are most visible. Encouraged by the team’s form and excited, it seems, by the prospect of new arrivals in January, Gerrard appears to believe there is every chance that he can complete his medal collection without leaving his home-town club.
The Guardian
Even have us down as dark horses to win the Premiership now.
Liverpool have lost only twice in the league this season and have conceded eight goals - statistics bettered only by Chelsea. And although the Reds still find goals hard to come by, with all of their strikers out of form (William Hill is offering 10-1 on Peter Crouch failing to score a league goal this season), a run of three successive home games starting tomorrow should give them plenty of opportunities to restore confidence. Their end-of-season run-in is arguably easier than both their main rivals for this market, as they will have played all their matches against the other teams in the top three by March.
Theres plenty more article from where these two have come from, but you'd be here all year reading them.
So there you have it finally some recognition to the mighty red machine.
Who's that coming up the hill boys,
The Reds are coming up the hill boys,
They all laugh at us,
They all mock at us,
They all say our days are numbered,
Born to be a scouser,
Victorious are we,
If you wanna win the cup,
Then you better hurry up,
Cos its Liverpool F.C.,
Victorious and glorious
We took the Gwladys Street between the four of us,
So you better thank God, there was only fucking four,
Imagine what we'de done if there was more of us.
