Baked Alaska.
For those who dont know -its a sponge base,with a block of ice cream on top, (and fruit if desirable) then sealed over with meringue-put it in the oven just til it browns -ice creams starts seeping through,then plaster it with fresh cream.

I'm disappointed in some of you, though. Baking Ice Cream!?!  :O  What the f*ck is that all about!?! :O

:D 5 minutes is hardly baking it guys. Just til the meringue goes a lil brown -then its time to grab a hand held shovel :D
