:help

I have just purchased a football that the vendor claimed is a signed Liverpool squad the year Liverpool won the European Cup in 1978.

I have made out the managers signature Bob Paisley and some other players ie Phil Neal, Jimmy Case and Ray Kennedy, there are many others, but although I have found out players surnames I would like some help with their CVhristian names, can any one help please?

John Toshack

Ah good old John Benjamin. What do you think of him guys? He was quite a shock when he popped up in Spain as a coach. Not only he did well in coaching, but left some famous seemingly welsh sayings that have become classics here. Nobody said "they were running like chickens without head" before he came, or the classic "it's easier to see a pig flying over the Bernabeu than I change my mind".

Classic. Can't do much with the Welsh squad he's dealing with now, can he? looks like he's in transition times with lots of young players, and Giggs, although decent, is old.

As a player, he did play against Real Sociedad in UEFA cup. It was a fought eliminatory but eventually won Liverpool. I don't quite know him as a player though, only some comments I've heard, no videos. Any veteran mate remembers?
