Facking disgrace  :kungfu:

we won 4.1 away to chesterfield, drew at home 3.3

It was 4-4 at home to Chesterfield :D But it doesnt matter its 2005 and we cant be concedeing 4 goals at home, ok 3 cause 1 was a pen, cant blame Reina for that.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Add Charlton, Spurs and Bolton to that list Phil atleast they are in the top half of the table where are we? 18th or something I dont even want to look, Champions of Europe last time I looked England was part of Europe without the euro.

We're in 13th place, we haven't dropped down the table with today's lost but obviously we aren't doing ourselves any favours.

I really don't give a f#ck about Wigan,Bolton or Charlton. Good start for them but the league isn't 8 games long it's 38 and we've played the least amount in the league currently. Charlton always seem to start of well but then once the second half of the season start they start losing game after game.

We've had a difficult schedule in the opening part of the season [Middlesbrough,Birmingham,Man Utd,Tottenham,Chelsea - hardly easy opponents]. Now that we've got that out of the way we need to win the less difficult fixtures. We got Blackburn at home in two weeks and then West Ham at their place. Maximum points are needed, we're capable of getting that as I think despite the loss that we're better than last season.

We've lost and now its time to move on, we have to learn lessons from these kind of games. Today we beated ourselves. Chelsea hardly created chances, we created chances for them. Mistakes were made by us and with the quality they have, you would expect them to punish us and they did.

Take it easy.

We are European Champions BUT not even the best team in England.
Everyone knows that - and if you dont then YOU'RE THE PLANK.
PLANK?! No one says that anymore.

I watched the game ... to sad that all the chelshit goals were our mistake ... but we must take this lesson, so we all can grow wiser .

From what I learned , Hypia, Hamman , Risse , Traore and Garcia , they should be in thanfer list next Jan. We need 2 new CM , 1 new RM and 1 Attacking CM .

Let hope next match we will bounce back

We didnt get beaten by tactics today.

One mistake from Traore and our tactics went out the window. Once we had to chase the game, we played into Chelsea's hands. We played football they are the best in the world at. Quick breaks and counters.

If I've got one criticism of Rafa, its that Luis Garcia is untouchable. He's had no impact on either game this week. He more and more looks to me the kind of player that plays well only against lower sides. And you just cant lose the ball as much as he does at this level.

JohnBull wrote:Raffa never bought him !
Anyone with any sense wouldn't have bought him, for LFC at that time.  At the end of the day he could have come on half an hour before anyone else and stayed on half an hour later than everyone else. He still wouldn't have scored. Might have hit the crossbar though !!

Dont blame Ciise for the 4 goals that went in before his arirval.  He dont deserve to play for only 8 mins. He should start and play full 90 mins. What Crouch has been doing . Do you know how many shots he tried. From that how many was actually on target. He tried 1 shot and even that is off target. Check the analysis. This kind of players shoudnt even start. Okay Rafa bought him and he is not performing. When he is not performing, simple answer... dont start with him.
Admit the fact. Come to reality. Crouch is not our answer for lack of goals. In fact he is the cause.

Ciise at least would have been denied by crossbar. He would have fired several shots.Crouch cant even match his mobility what a striker needs most. Crouch can only take a passing (be it long or short) and keep posession and then pass it to someone else arriving there. Crouch is doing what any kind of player does. Even Traore does that when he moves up front. Nothing outstanding. Hell Cezh jumps better than him and punch him on the head together with the ball. Crouch has all the calliber to play as a supporting striker only. Not as a lone striker.

In fact none of Liverpool strikers are capabable of playing alone.

Its cruel to loose to of all the clubs, to Chelsea, a 4-1.

Had we lost 4-0 to Wigan or even West Ham United, I would clap for the performance. Chelsea as bitter as it sounds... thats reality. We lost 4 matches now. Statistically we look as if we are poorer than them.

At least the match thought us more. We learn again but if we dont change..... we can never improve.   :help

Im not that upset. We need more players and Rafa knows that, the club kows that so im just gonna sit back and watch the club build up, after all that is what Rafa is here to do isnt it? - rebuild the club.

Were you all honestly expecting over the summer to be on Chelseas level every game. Yes we can compete with them we and they both know that. Today wasnt our day, our mistakes contributed to our downfall. Everyone seems to forget that they have spent over £250,000,000 on their squa over the last 2 years. What we should NOT  be doing is setting up threads like the ones i see "nice one rafa", or "letter to rafa". I can understand were all fustrated but in all honesty if you (and when i say you i mean you alone as one person) were granted power of the board would you honesty sack RB. NO of course not beacsue hes a world class manager and how do we know this ? Becasue we won the friggin European Cup in his first year. You all seem to forget the losses we encountered all leavign confused after full time last season like the ones against Monaco or Olympiakos. This is one game and one game only. So what im trying to say is would peewee, and all you other impatient people please find a kids forum on which to air your stupid and always irrational posts on and let Rafa do his :censored: job without you :censored: on his case every time we slip up a bit. Sorry for the use of language moderators but this has to be said and its really dicking me of how imbecile like some people are on this forum. I come to this forum to take part in a matiure discussion not to watch babies throw their :censored: rattle out of their prams every time something slips up. FFS

Someone said they have the best defence theyve ever seen and i would have to agree with that certainly better than george grahams arsenal and on a par with milans 89. They only had a handful of chances and took them all.. what can ya do about that? Theyve class in every position,I know rafa said he didnt want stars at anfield -he wanted a good team, but what happens when ya come up against a good team of stars?
We just had no idea in the last 3rd, AND MOURINHO ???? :censored: YOU MAUREEN !!!!whackkkk!! I couldnt believe his celebrations. pure hatred                   The lamb will return...as the LION!

That about sums it up for me.

We were second best today no doubt, but when people are saying we were 'torn apart'  'taken to pieces' etc. i just don't agree.

I'm risking gettin a complete ar_se holing here, but check some of trhe stats of the game.
We had the ball for long periods- just did f*%k all in the final third.

Carra apart, defensivly we were poor. Not trying to end careers and all that but Hyypia and Traore were particularly poor and at this level, against players of the ability of those guys if you're bad you'll be exposed. And for my money thats what happened. We were hit on the break, comitted too many individual errors and were punished.

FWIW i actually think we played MUCH worse against ManUsa at their place last season and got done by less, and if we'd been done 2-1 or even 3-1 the vultures would not have been circling the way they are now.

It was (obviously) no a good day yesterday but Rafa's still building and needs more time to build the squad he wants to accomplish his goal.

And I do believe he'll be hurting just as much as us too.
