Now, watching the game I can name 1 lad that I was extremely diappointed with. Luis Garcia. !

Garcia made too many silly mistakes. Loosing balls quickly. Cheap passes. Terrible long crossing. If I had a choice I would have replaced him than Hamann. He was virtually not the right one on the right. He keeps moving towards the centre.

The other two of our substitutes was a forced situation. Warnock and Crouch were slightly injured. Warnock was good at his position.

Apart from Garcia we had another problem. Crouch might be tall but his reaction and movement is not fast. I saw Ciise made several crosses towards him but he did not arrive in time. I find Crouch dragging his feet. Whereas his height too has not been utilized to the fullest. The on air ball is still lower than his head. He has to bend down to try to head the ball. He is not jumping to head the ball. So when he bends down, Crouch seems to commit foul over his marker.

Whereas Ciise himself has been preety lacking in finishing. This had been said over and over again. How can he in his position, with all the rumours, with all the doubts and with all the critisism, miskick the ball in front of the goal. Just because the transfer window has been closed does not give him the right to sloth.

Overall again our midfield was strong. Defence donated 4 beautiful chances for Spurs. With God's grace Spurs failed to capitalize. No wonder Rafa is happy with 0-0. Otherwise it would have been easily 3-1. (for Spurs of course)

What caused this ?

Is Spurs a better team than us. ? or is it the International duty to be blamed for tiredness. ?

Are we relying on long passes too much because I did't see Liv playing ground ball for too long? I saw Gerrard tried to run forward and play the one touch ball but the others did not correspond. Is that a cause? OR Did we try to defend in the 1st half and attack in the 2nd and we did not get the chance to create oppurtunities enough ? Did we lack skills because I did not see any of our strikers dribble the ball past Spurs defenders. Whenever we get the ball and confronted by Spurs defenders our striker seem to pass the ball away and kick it? Our we lacking in keeping posession. ? Our passes are intercepted quit often. Are we lacking in acuracy?

I watched the match on Motd and i have to say i dont agree with most of your 'post mortem'!
Apart from the point you make about Garcia drifting in and not being suited too the right.This is to be expected as the fella is playing out of postion.
And a for saying it could have been 3-1 Spurs i suggest you were watching another game,it was a great game with both teams going for the win and both having plenty of chances!
You also failed to mention Riise's effort that if 2 inches lower would have been a wonder goal,or a great performance from Carra that we have come to expect from the man.All in all im delighted with the way we played away from home yeterday!I dont recall many matches last season when our team played as well away and went out to get the victory!
Spurs are a quality team and i expect them to finish at least 6th or better this season,so this was a good result for us!
If this is the way our team are gonna play on the road i'll take it as we wont loose many!
I suggest you watch the highlights of the match again today on sky  then kindly stick your 'postmortem' up your hole!!

You could count our good away performances in the league last season on one hand, maybe even one finger FFS, we were dreadful.  This season we have had 2 very solid away performances already against 2 teams that we notoriously struggle against on the road, have kept 2 clean sheets and were unlucky not to win both.  I'm pretty satisfied with that

Rafa said he wanted to make us harder to beat away this season and so far so good, now lets take the scum apart at our place next week!!

It's the same old doubters Zara, when we start playing well they will forgete all this and start kissin ar5e again and talking about how good a manager Rafa is, how good our strikers are, etc.
