Well it looks as though Stevie will be it to play,and Carra looks certain to play.

Can someone please tell me what consistantly warrants a place for Hargreaves

???

and WTF Phil Neville.....one he is :censored:

and two surely we have a better right back in the country than playing him

i personally am worried for gerrards fitness. i hope he doesn't get injured!

i can't understand for the life of me why sven has changed the system now, two days before a world cup qualifier. we just had a friendly to try out new systems ffs.

it's quite simple if you ask me. sven wants to play SWP but he just can't bring himself to keep a 4-4-2 and drop beckham. so as a result we now have a 4-5-1 which will practically ask either gerrard or beckham to play as a holding player which neither can do. :no

take this scenario. SWP has a blinder against wales and beckham has a mare. when owen is back against northern ireland, sven goes back to 4-4-2 and drops SWP for beckham. that would tell me that sven is purely accomodating beckham.

and as for defoe, if i was him i'd be giving sven an earful. his treatment has been a disgrace.

we'll still beat wales 3-0 and NI 4-0 though. just hope gerrard and carra come through unscathed.

I was hoping Gerrard wasn’t going to link up with the squad in the first place, once he had I was hoping he would only play in the second game, but oh well. Anyway I would personally go for this team against Wales:

Robinson

P. Neville Ferdinand Carragher A.Cole

Lampard Carrick

Beckham Gerrard J.Cole

Rooney

I read in one of the papers today that it was Beckham,Lampard and our Stevie who suggested the 4-5-1 to Sven!
Dont know if its true?
But if it was i wouldnt be surprised,less planning and work for that lazy T00ser Sven to do!
And BTW matey you wont beat us 4 nil ok!!! Well i hope not!

Yeah i think so mate,that sounds about right! We're so bad it's unreal!Embaressing ffs.
I sort of support NI and England as my mums English and me dads from Belfast!
Being honest i hope England beat us as i accept NI will not qualify and hope England go to the finals and maybe win it!I just hope they dont give us a real thumping so we can keep our pride at least!!
but being honest i feel about a 5-0 as England are gonna want to ake a statement after loosing 4-1 to Denmark
