Just read on sky teletext that Marseille are hoping to tie up a deal for Cisse before Wednesday's deadline. Must say don't want to see him go before we could see his true potential.

THIS IS FUC*ING UPSETTING, A PLAYER WHO WAS 45 MINS FROM HAVING HIS LEG AMPUTATED, CLEARLY WANTS TO PLAY FOR US AND IS SETTLED, HAS SCORED 7 GOALS ALREADY, IS BEING DRIVEN OUT TO BRING IN A PLAYER WHO STRUNG US ALONE WITH CONTRACT PROMISES AND THEN LEFT COSTING US ABOUT 15M IN LOST REVENUE WITH ONE YEAR LEFT. DISGRACEFUL.

we turned down a bid of 8 million from Spurs....so i'm guessing we would only accept a bid of 10 million +...but agree with what the majority say, i'd like Cisse AND Owen to play for LFC

Ridiculous or not i cannot read the Bosses mind so it's a suggestion by my myself on Rafas motives for even contemplaiting getting rid off our striker.

I have been a member of this forum long enough to know when something is ridiculous and that is not one of them come on now even somebody with limited footballing knowledge knows what a suggestion is. :oops:

If Benitez sells Cisse I'd be absoutely gutted, he'd bang in the goals for us.

He's fast, decent shooting, dark skin, french international, kinda bald

I would like to see Cisse and Owen together. I really like Morientes but I think he looks a bit like a "Kewell" - good player but doesn't perform for us. Maybe not up to our style of play. Maybe Morientes should be the one to go not Cisse.
