This gives them more preparations im afraid. But at the same time, lets hope they will feel rusty for the 1st leg match at Anfield.

don't worry abt that dudes.....

we have had our backs against the wall so many times this season and we have managed to survive......

Baros scored twice for the czech republic in the last week, so hopefully he is back on-form.

morientes should be ok on tuesday, baros obviously can play, hyypia and dudek should return and biscan can carry on in the centre with Gerrard. I think we will have quite a good team for the game.

At this point of time, football should take a backseat. Hopefully they will not be in the best state of mind come tuesday...

Im dreading the game. we're likely to have to play Biscan, Smicer, Le tallec, etc. which is a worry for me.

will be a tough game, we need alonso.

i think the home game will tell us everything, if we struggle, could be bad news.

I think it will be a draw at Anfield (0-0) which will make it very very difficult (but not impossible) for the second leg in Turin ...... One of Footballs appeal is that there is no such thing as a dead cert and I for one won't give up hope until it's done and dusted in Turin......Walk On :)

your right in what you say, it aint over till its over.

At Anfield recently, how many chances did bolton have today!? they should have scored 7 times! and they arent Juventus!
Blackburn too was a woeful performance.

I just hope we are up for it. i want the team to be:

        Carson or Dudek

Finnan Hypia Pellegrino Carragher (switch him to left back)

Nunez Gerrard  Biscan    Risse

        Baros     Iceman69

Pellegrino is cup tied, and why no Garcia?

My line up would be

.                     Dudek

Finnan     Carragher      Hyypia     Traore

                      Biscan

Nunez              Gerrard                Riise

                      Garcia

                      Baros

.. I think there comes a time .. when football really does take a back seat.. the Pope lived and died in Italy.. nearly a billion catholics are mourning his loss and the rest of us pay homage to an honourable man..

... who cares about Serie A at a time like this ..

Mate the pope just died.  :(  :(

All Italian sporting events were postponed, not just football.  I dont think that its some kind of conspiracy here mate.

May Pope John Paul II find eternal rest in the loving embrace of god
