Baros picks up a possible injury?

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Liverpool striker Milan Baros scored the Czech Republic's first goal during their World Cup qualifier against Finland this evening. Unfortunately Baros was substituted early in the second half after taking several blows on his ankle.

Well I certainly hope he can recover by April 5th because if he doesn't then we are going to have even more problems when we face Juventus.

Oh ffs I thought it was weird when he wasnt playin second half, also Le Tallec came on in the 28th minute last night, and was subbed in the 63rd with a knock, also Riise, picked up a knock in training.

Has Garcia played for Spain?

Sorry, I think the question should be, knowing our luck, "has Garcia played and come thru unscathed?"

It's f**king mental, at this point we r gonna have to draft Diarra in!!!!(which may not be a bad thing, considering his performances!!) :( :( :( :(

However I'll wait to see whether it will be on LFC.tv or not, we need some kind of official confirmation or news on the "knocks"

I really hope garcia doesnt play tonight for Spain as its only a friendly anyway, and Diarra doesnt want to come back to Liverpool so thats a no no.

Igor didn't play for Croatia today, the director of CFA won't let him play.

I panicked too quickly, they got a week to get fit and if its a knock then it probably may not be all that serious. Surely we must have some good luck?

He got into an arguement with the coach during World Cup 2002 and refused to play I believe, now they won't let him play.

I think it stems from when he went out on the ale while on int. duty a couple of years back - not forgiven him since:D

I do think Diarra's situation will all depend on one man - Stevie. If he goes, I reckon Rafa will draft him back, regardless of if he wants to or not. The lad's probably been here twice since we signed him so it's only natural that he feels like the 'black sheep'. ??? ???
