frustrated, tell me why is it that when we are in position to make an impact we fall short.today was a perfect opportunity to make some head way yet we fell short again.what do you think the problem is ? to many foreiners, poor tactics, poor managment,coaching,lack of heart for the club from the players,a case of take the money and run.or are we just clinging on to the past,and can't come to terms with the fact that we are just a mediocre team that are deluding them selfs.?

Pfft, Chelsea are full of foreigners yet they play top notch football. The problem here is that we can't play as a team.

I would say a mixture of everything Kenco, that game was worse than the one against the saints, there goalie never made one save

, whats that all about?.
Total lack of passion I watched everton today ok they got beat 1-0 but they fought for everything till the dying second, we are along long way off any of that.
I am ****** disgusted dont watch MOTD Hansen will say thats the worse performance in 60 years.
Cause it possibly was.

THIS SEASON IS A BEDDING IN PERIOD AN TO BE HONEST I DONT THINK WE WILL GET 4TH. NEXT SEASON WILL BE MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER AN WE WILL EASILY BE IN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, ME THINKS ANYWAY.

It would be nice if the players only got their full weekly salary if they performed!!!! Guess there would be too many players wanting to play for LFC.

I don't think there IS an excuse for today's performance. It's hard to think of one thing that could be going wrong, nothing seems to stand out as the one factor that is holding us back.

do we need to listen to this rubbish, how many times can we use excuses like this, saying they need more time.its one thing us getting beat if the players actually made an effort and another when their is no conviction in the play, no urgency and no fight

For once I am completely in agreement with your entire sentence

Lack of pride, passion and commitment. Exception being Carragher and Morientes. Even Baros have to drop very deep to retrieve the ball, hence away from the area that he can do the most damage, as the entire midfield ceased to function.

thanks mate, that is why everton have always had good gates cos they have a team who try their hardest, fans dont mind if the result goes against you as long as the team tries. from what ive heard of todays game( i was listening to it on the radio) the team were a disgrace.

it wouldnt have bothered me as much if the scoreline was 2-0 but we gave them a battle and were unlucky, but we werent good enough to beat a team of birminghams calibre. its a sad day for all liverpool fans

I am in agreement with you and I watched the match. In the second half, they could have given Birmingham somthing to think about but instead the players came out like they did not care. I cannot believe that they did the double on us.

I am gutted.

People here ARE saying that we need to give the manager time and we do, but we need to see that there is improvement over a sustained period. This happened with Houllier as he won a treble and we were starting to look the part - Remember al those years ago when Fergusson was on the verge of being sacked at Manure? they gave him time and look at the results he got.
The club needs stability.
