Remember... we are playing at home against a team with only 2 points all season   :no

Absolute shyte against Wolves. No other way to describe that. Two goals up and we hold on again, barely, for three points. Frimpong played well in patches, acts like a bit of a diva at times for me though. Wirtz Very good. Ditto Ekitike. Really don't know why Chiesa was that bad today. It won't do him any favours when looking for more minutes. Bradley saved our bacon.
Konate snowed again exactly why we need a solution there in the January window.

Another unconvincing performance against a poor side, but we still got the 3 points.

Every point this season has either been stolen or clung onto like grim death.

Not pretty, but I’ll take the three points. Ekitike is some player, just hope the injury isn’t serious.

Happy Christmas lads. Let’s hope the New Year is a good one.

It’s a good in, but it wasn’t pretty.

Konate must go in January.

Well its 3 points but boy do we look easy to beat!! They have 2 points to show for half a season and looked like we could have given them their 3rd. 1st half was gash and then we go 2 up so should have been cruising but midfield dissappear and we get played through time and time again. It happens to often, far to often and he doesn't seem to even recognise this. Either we buy a dm that sits or Grav has to do it. Hes disappearing with his licence to roam and its costing us..

Wirtz is top class and beginning to show it every week now. Delighted he got his goal for all the effort. Motm today. If we hand Konate a big contract then we are fools.

In truth id say so many fans fell asleep watching that today!!

I agree, someone has to sit protecting the back 4. It was like Jones and Mac allister were playing as 8's, and Gravenberch having a free roam leaving us exposed every time Wolves countered.

I think the best Gravenberch has ever been in his entire career was last year as a number 6, where I believe he was world class and a major reason why we won the title last year. I get that Gravenberch likes to play a more attacking role and it seems he has convinced Slot that he should which seems strange to me considering how he helped us last year. I’d rather have Gravenberch as the number 6 rather than Jones, who looked like he had the role yesterday. Last year Gravenberch was fantastic and this year he isn’t as good and the only thing I can see is his role changed.

Edit- Actually Gavenberch’s role change could be because MacAlister is not providing the creativity he did last year and Slot may think that better Garavenberch in a more attacking role than Jones.

So 2025 is nearly over, the latter part of year obviously hasnt been too clever but anytime you win a title it's been a great year, league football has been going since september 1888 and we've only ever won 20 of them so that really was some achievement back in May.
