Fingers crossed it works out because Robbo sure needs back up, however there's a big difference between playing in the Greek Zorba league and being expected to face up to the likes of Man City, Chelsea every week and overhaul Barcelona 4-0.

Hadn’t heard of him until a couple of weeks ago but I trust our recruitment. From the obligatory YouTube videos looks a pacey athlete who gallops up the left wing and sends in quite a few crosses. I’m sure he’ll take a few months to settle in just like Robertson, Ox, Fabinho, etc., but I’m glad we’ve finally addressed the backup LB gap. With the way we play through the fullbacks losing Robbo over a long period of time would be a real issue.

Youtube performances ( ) show some tasty crosses, loads of determination and some skill on the ball. Looks a decent signing. With better players around him plus Klopps guidance and our coaching staff he could turn out to be a very good signing.

I did read that he is a Liverpool fan since youth and its a great time to be here so best of luck to him. With any luck he'll turn out decent.

It’s easy to get a bit underwhelmed by some of our signings especially when you see the calibre of player some of our rivals are being linked with but to be fair to our scouting department they have found a lot of gems lately and I remember being underwhelmed when we signed Mane and Salah so hopefully this lad is another one of those.

I was underwhelmed with Robbo, Milner and Gini and they have also been unbelievably signings. This kid looks full of energy and fights for every ball.. He's a klopp player.

Back in the day he supposedly had a trial at one of the Mexican Clubs and it didn't work out  They tried but he just couldn't stop running when he needed to, Struggled with the offside and kept passing it to the opposition. In the end they decided he wasn't worth it and signed some other fella!!

Don't think anyone else would take a punt on him after that 

The club have learnt from the pursuit of Virgil...we keep as much a low profile as possible when it comes to potential signings. As (probably) the best club team in the world right now, clubs, players and agents will no doubt throw our name around to get attention.
