Apparently we have until 1am due to it being a non EU signing. Not looking good now though

We didn't have to complete the deal but we had to at least register it and that didn't happen. It's off.

We had a whole month to iron out any problems that might of arisen but we squandered most of it away trying to lowball Basel and signing lucrative sponsorship deals.
Second transfer debacle in less than 2 years

Rogers said he wanted 2 or 3 first teamers in this window. If we get CL how many big signings will we need in the summer? It's obvious something needs to change.
Dont judge a book by the cover, unless you cover just another, because blind exceptance is a sign,

Exactly, the club has incompetent people in positions of importance.

If the club are serious in wanting to keep the likes of Suarez, then, honestly, wtf are these f**ing idiots doing?

A whole month, and they try to do business in the last 2 days.  :veryangry

Yes, that would be:
1: Owners that have the stomach yo take risks
2: Ian Ayre et al replaced immediately with competent personnel that conduct business quietly, efficiently, quickly, and  as soon as the window opens.

Well Ayre and Co. should pack their Sh*t as soon as they come back and we find someone more competent first thing in the morning. That shouldn't be too hard to find, someone more capable than Ayre I mean.

Can't say I'm really surprised really.

Doesn't mean I'm not ticked off though.  :veryangry

Seriously Ian Ayre, how do you still expect to come back to the UK with any shred of decency?

The man has single-handly f**ked our club over for the last 2 years when it has come to signing players.

He needs to walk and we need to band together and get this f**kwit out of the club and put the owners on notice they are NEXT!

I still can't believe it, with so much riding on getting into the top 4 this year we couldn't even manage 1 $h1tty loan deal just to even give us a bit of depth.
Feel sorry for Rodgers and the players, they are working their @rses off trying to compete against teams that spend £40m on one single marquee player and our management spend a month and a half wasting everyone's time - Rodgers, Basels, Salahs, Dnipro's, Konoplyanka's......everyone's
What a farce

Ayre is just the frontman. Think questions need to be directed to FSG

Is it Ayre though?!

People used to blame Parry, then Purslow.

We have no idea what goes on and who is really pulling the strings but I suspect it probably isn't Ayre.

The whole process of how we identify players and take that forward needs to be looked at.

This window has been a farce though... I fail to believe it was impossible for us to strengthen at all.  Not good enough imo.

Agree Ayre isn't the only one responsible, but he should at least be held accountable for all of this.

No way can we continue to rely on him to seal anymore future deals as his time is over.

Bigger picture tho, the veil of bulls**t and deceit is starting to slip off these yanks and only know is it dawning on us that they aren't the perfect owners after all.
