Just read on TalkSport that AC Milan are trying to hijack our deal for Eriksen. If we are interested and we do miss out I'll be very disappointed because I feel this kid has huge potential.

We seemed to wrap up deals so quick at the start of the window so I can only assume we aren't interested In Eriksen in the same way we weren't interested in that Armenian guy.

I just think we need a mix and to have options - we have a good number of small quick technical forwards with more coming through the reserves. But we just lack something different - even someone like Ngoo could provide a little bit of something different try - the top teams in the country have different options and style within their forward line - it allows them to change depending on the opposition.

Good player but I dont think he is the one we need to improve the team. I'd rather we get a good CB and another DM.

city arent exactly buying basketball players themselves with jesus navas and jovetic.
if the two first team players rodgers was talking about bringing in turn out to be bernard and papadopolous we will be a very competative team next season wether suarez stays or not.
if we bring in bernard and papadopolous and suarez stays i think we`ll get in the top 4, as crazy as it sounds we may even have an outside chance at the title considering the big changes going on behind the scenes at city, chelsea and united.
no matter how many great players those teams have whenever a new manager comes in there is always a transitional period as they get used to his methods.
the fixture list has been kind to us next season and if we get off to a flyer and build up some momentum you never know, after all after christmas we did put together some very impressive performances and results.

if we start next season with this line up i think it would be the best team we`ve had since the gerrard, torres, alonso, mascherano days when we finished second.
tremendous front 4 that.

I'm not sure... Coutinho, Bernard and Suarez are too similar. Looks unbalanced. Somebody's gotta do the dirty work, defensive duties, tracking back etc...

How many people would say you have too many Suarez's in that squad? They wouldn't.  I get mixing it up for options, but if the players is really good, than he's really good.  I mean chelsea are full of the smaller lightweight players in their midfield- Hazard, Oscar, Ramires, and Mata sure isn't big.  Torres definitely doesn't have any type of physical presence up there either. Lampard is probably a little too old to use his body to his full advantage, and in reserves they've got players like Marin and Benayoun.  Their main physical presence is Ba, and the rest of their players are pretty small lightweight.

So I'm not sure.  Did Chelsea do particularly well last season? No, maybe not, so maybe that's something to look at, but they were having some serious issues with their players' egos, and the fan support, tho they did win the Europa League. So maybe it's hard to compare, but personally I think I'd be pretty pumped if that was our lineup next season.

I dont think its unbalanced , worried about the dirty work ? There is 6 at the back to take care of that , forwards should be pressing up with their movements . If we do sign
these players , as a whole squad it looks very well balanced .
