I suggest that it is entirely her own doing?

She made him cross. Naturally, he was bound to hit the first person in front of him......

Dear me, the last thing we need is more attention on our club, shame on him.
Some footballers are stupid, he goes and hits a woman. Words fail me.
The owners must be wondering what is going on, it could also affect attracting new players.

Haha there is a funny picture of him sitting alone in the pub and obviously very drunk, but I don't know how to post pictures.

Kenny's biggest transfer flop? This article certainly gives plenty of reasons to believe that Downing could be worthy of this uncoveted award! http://www.footballfancast.com/2012....to-date

Daws - don't read it whatever you do!

And to think this is prior to his latest off the field problems!

It's great when Liverpool fans start taking media outlets as they are some godlike knowledge on football - there is a reason why they are journalists and not football managers/coaches/players etc - because they have a first class degree in talking utter :censored:

With the public support Kenny is showing the squad at present with the racism and poor performances, its incredible that anyone could be so stupid thus undermining KK and the club. Fine the fool one months wages behind closed doors and threaten to sell the idiot.

Give it a rest. You constantly defend Carroll and Downing and they are both proving to be incredibly expensive flops.Downing even more so because of his age and experience.Like Hodgson he simply is not good enough at this level. The article whether you like it or not made a lot of sense.

You criticise the press and yet this was your somewhat crass view of the Downing night club brawl:

YOU SAID:I suggest that it is entirely her own doing?

YOU SAID:She made him cross.

YOU SAID:Naturally, he was bound to hit the first person in front of him......

You know this how Benny. Yes you have drawn your own conclusions and made it ALL up! And you criticise the British press for talking utter sh.ite.......Well done.

You may be right but that is using the dangerous assumption that Benny has a sense of humour........

You do realise what I said was a joke !!

Downing is 20 games into his Anfield career and he is already a flop ? Well done giving him that long . He has already shown he can perform at the top level so while we are going through a transitional and building period in the club players are going to take time to settle , find form and build confidence up . It's a shame some "fans" can't understand that and demand instant sucess - thank god you weren't around when players like Rush started out and struggled for a season .
