luis garcia. suggestions elsewhere claim that he should be dropped, due to an unwillingness to track back, especially when asked to play on the right. discuss. ???

simple as that.

he looks a real prospect.I dont see how dropping him would help his development at this stage.

something different, finally someone with some flair in our team, everyone seemed so robotic and unable to pull something different off! i think he has the ability to open up defences and is very enthusiastic for the ball! he has probably struggled away from anfield but then again so has the whole team so he will improve as the season progresses but he is definitley a bargain and better than the ****** that houllier brought in!

I think he brings alot to the team ok he may seem a little lightweight but he will become more robust the longer he plays in the premiership

I think he helps the team as an offensive threat, so he should not track back (to an extent). When you track back you can sometimes find yourself out of position when you are attacking and I would rather that be his responsibility.

A close friend of mine is an Arsenal Season Ticket Holder.

He and his friends used to slag off Pires and Henry no end.  They were useless when they first arrived [FACT].

It will take time for Garcia to settle and adjust to a new team,.........a new culture,....... a new manager,........ new team mates,...........new tactics,..........foreign language......IN A NEW COUNTRY.

We're completely rebuilding and we should support the new signings Cisse, Josemi, Garcia & Nunez.

It's the likes of Diao, Smicer, Biscan, etc., who's times is up.

i support the guy 100%. i only started the topic because certain people who i know felt he should be dropped for away games due to his general effectiveness.

give him time and we may have unearthed a gem though, in the beardsley type mould.  :)
