Can't see us selling Kuyt, but 15 million...

Who would we replace him with though - he is our 3rd striker and 1st choice right winger. We'd probably need to replace him with two players (and even if we played both of them in a 12 man formation, they'd still not cover as much ground as our Dirk).

No, we don't need the money. He can stay and retire here.

He's crazy tall and goofy almost like Crouch.  He's really good in the air obviously, but I was shocked at how coordinated he was with tackling on the ground... Very smart tackler, could be a great purchase.

Never seen him before, although it's just a few highlights he looks a great prospect. Seems happy to play the ball, not just hoof it, and is prepared to go forward, reminds me a bit of Agger.

I'm sure Suarez would be delighted to have a fellow Uruguayan at the club

Could prove to be a brilliant bit of business, if we can get him.

Bellamy confuses me - his age and wages seem to be an issue. Just cant see this happening

Made me chuckle Igor that one about Ralph Coates.

Went to a dinner party once about 15 years ago, my missus was friendly with his missus, did not know her old man was Ralph Coates.

When we got to his house he still had a gold disc on his mantelpiece that the England squad all got a copy of for the single 'Back Home' they recorded back in 1970 for the World Cup :laugh:

We could end up with a team of goof balls if we get this Coates and Bellamy to add to Suarez,

If I was them I would be sleeping with one eye open in the away fixtures with Charlie Adam about.

sounds like this coates deal will happen. i know nothing of him i have to say. dos he have british ancestry or something with a name like that? strange name for a uruguayan.

I read somewhere that his Grandfather was Scottish - Dont know how true that is?
