He's not good enough. I thought he was awful against us. Cissokho at Lyon is the one we need. If nt, then let's get clichy.

I like Enrique, very good all around and can deliver a hell of a cross.  If it's a done deal as long as the price isn't too high it will be good business for us imo.  Kenny has had everyone playing at their maximum potential and I don't see it being any different with Enrique, he has all the tools to be a fantastic LB.

Enrique is a bit inconsistent in my opinion, which makes him fit in with Newcastle just perfect :D

My number 1 LB would have to be Baines.  He's not the most solid defender in the world, but the other team always ahve to keep an eye out for him so he's a real pest.  5 goals and 11 assists from a LB aint to shabby either

Wait a minute... Don't we have a fantastic left back? Glenn Johnson? Ever since he was switched to left from right I thought he has been fantastic!

He's been back on the Right for the past two games.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

It will be interesting to see who Kenny goes for, personally I would still like to see a new left back come in.

I thought Enrique did okay going forward against us, just not sure about him as a defender.

At least with Flanagan and Johnson we have some cover.

To be honest, I'd rather set myself on fire than have Jose Enrique as our left back.  his game is almost an exact replica of Kochesky's.  He is Konchesky with hair.

We only need someone for 2 seasons until the young lads come through, 2 critical seasons though.

clichy has been awful all season, too prone to mistakes and cost his teams some points.

Enrique is solid enough, I don't think he is the answer for the long term. But I agree with Reg, most important is getting young guns up for the next 2 years, Jack Robinson might be a star in the future you never know

nothing to do with us, but Chelsea has a pre-agreement with Kaka :(

AC Milan has signed Mexes and Taiwo and apparently Aquilani is their next target.

something to do with his Mam tweeting it or have you read something else?

They were always going for him this summer for me, i'd have put good money on it anyway. He'll fail.

Player in bad form + Big money + Chelsea = fail

Thats the problem with rich clubs like Chelsea and City... instead of finding players like Suarez for a decent price, they buy very well known players for stupid fees and wages who are often past their best.

Shevcenko was major flop 1.  Torres is starting to look like number 2 and I can see Kaka being a third.  Ballack was also pretty cack for them
