After losing to Olympiakos and Chelsea on the road, will we be able to bounce back against Fulham on the road? I believe we can.
I think that the players recieved an urgent wake up call against Chelsea and they should be able to beat a weak Fulham who have two players suspended. One being their main player, Cole.
Obiviously the reason we have been losing on the road is the lack of confidence,self-belief. At home the players are much more confident with themselves and they are able to win, on the road its a different story as you all have witnessed.
"If you think you are beaten, you are.
Think big and your deed will grow
Think small and you will fall behind.
Think that you can and you will;
It's all in the state of mind.
If you think that you're out-classed, you are;
you've got to think high to rise.
You've got to be sure of yourself
before you can win the prize."
I came across that piece of literature earlier on today and I think it defines what we are lacking at the moment on the road. Our confidence needs to be the same on the road as it is at home.
