Warnock should be welcomed back to Anfield. A good solid LB who would lift his game if/when he returns to Anfield.

Better than what we have at the moment.

No thanks. Does not really fit with the owners plan to build a team of youngsters for the future  ???

He would be another Morientes-esque signing who would really struggle with life in the EPL.

can't agree there RedSi, Warnock was never given a fair crack of the whip when he was at Liverpool and when he went to Villa he was part of the one of the best defences in the league. I certainly thought we missed a trick with him anyway

You obviously weren't at eastlands a few years ago when he stupidly gave the ball away in the 93rd minute and man city ( mpenza?) ran down the other end to score and win 1-0

it was kiki musampa.

Being linked with Parker, Warnock and Vudnic 2day is really depressing and it doesnt exactly fit in with the owners philosiphys so i hope its :censored:. Warnock should of been given a chance when he was younger and Parker would of been a good buy when he was at Charlton but there 29 and 30 respectively now so NO THANKS.

Parker has been bigged up by the southern press for years but is not a top class player, not even close. Hes turned out for Charlton Newcastle and West Ham inbetween being a disaster at Chelsea, the only big job hes had to do. Just so many names and stories its impossible to pick up the reality amongst all the fantasy.

Looking back over the last few pages:

Adebayor on loan would be OK - He doesn't have a track record that fills you with confidence as a member of the squad, but as a short-term move if other targets aren't working out, then yes for me.

And I'd be happy to see Samba here - good in the air, and has leadership qualities we need more of in the team.

Suarez I'm just not sure of. No doubting his quality, the handball thing was blown out of proportion I think - lots of players would have done that, but the biting thing gets me wondering...

I think Suarez would be a great signing.  The handball was blown out of proportion like Raoul said, but the biting thing is just a bit strange.  Honestly I just think he's getting frustrated.  He liked his old manager and liked the way things were going and Ajax aren't playing that well this year, so he got mad.  I think it has been blown up a bit too.  Ya it's strange but sometimes when too much emotion comes into play you do weird things.  Look at Zidane being sent off for the head butt to the chest.  That's pretty freakin weird, but people don't look down on him for it, the emotion just got to his head and he did something stupid.

I really hope we sign Suarez.  I think he could do a lot for our club.

I live in Holland and have seen him play here for the better part of three years now.First with Groningen en at his current club Ajax.

I am not disputing he is a good player, but he is without a doubt one of the worst cheats I have ever seen

.One season he was yellow carded for so many dives(9yellows for a forward) it is just not funny any more.A couple of those were unjustified, but the refs got to a point with him were they just assumed he dived.

He cleaned that up a bit,but he can be a wum of the highest order.Good player, but can be cringe worthy to support.

His upside is that he can play on either wing or central. He is hard to get of the ball, great shot and is unpredictable. That means unpredictable for both opposition and team-mates.
He is an upgrade, but not without his problems.

Hear hear.
Van Bommel is a knacker - I've seen him lots with Bayern (not least 'cos I spend most of the week over there). He's a thug, dirty player, and at 34 his best days are behind him.
