hang on a minute his attitude stunk for the first 9 games. I aint letting him off just yet. Plus i did say im worried about his injuries so lets see if his attitude stays the same. If it does il gladly eat humble pie and you can all lie and call me a numpty.

I don't think his injury problem will ever completely go away. Neither will the occasional bad game he has. That's why it's imperative we sign another striker, a good one.

Ya see, it was never about Roy's tactics, he just looked depressed for a while and then he pops up with 2 wonderful goals and plays like the Torres' we all know

GET IN! :buttrock

Is that 6 in 5 now against Chelsea? His record against the big teams is superb, especially Chelsea. Hope he gets a few against Spurs in a few weeks.

My mistake, he's even better!  :) I posted these in the match thread but they will get lost there. If anyone wants to download his goals today check the linky's below.

I've watched his 2nd one a few times now. Get's better every time, especially when you watch the Chelsea players face 1 by 1. Terrry is like 'oh ffs not again' :D

1-0

2-0

i think it is the 6th in anfield, 7th in total.

his first goal in premier league.

two goals in the 2-0, two seasons ago.

goal in the champions league match 2 seasons ago.

2 today.

and another in stamford bridge in champions league semifinals in his first season.

let me know if i am wrong.

Great to see Torres regaining some form BUT I don't think Rocky's completely off base when he queries Torres' "attitude" .

For me the fella still looks far from happy. Maybe I'm reading too much into it but after two goals and a result like todays I'd expect the lad to at least crack a smile .
