Well, Toivonen is hot right now cause he has had a fantastic start of the season. He will not continue at that pace and the the dutch league isn't the best indicator.

Decent player though if you look at what he has got in his locker. Probably going to be too expensive since they want money for him....

He looks good from what i've seen of him, and Hodge seems to know him from earlier on in his career.

I do worry about strikers coming over from the Dutch league as a lot of those who were so-called hot shots over there fail to reproduce that goalscoring form in the Premier League.

Would have him for 5 million as we desperately need another striker and he seems decent, but 10-11 million would be too steep for me.

It seems we are being linked with every living striker in the world right now. Crouch, Cole, Remy, Toivonen , Milevskiy. It's getting ridiculous. Who's the next 6'3" striker we are going to be linked with ? Ricardo Fuller ? :angry:

indian businessman wants to takeover at blackburn and wants to give sam alladyce 100 million for transfer. Feckme if thats true thats alot of money. What sort of difference would that make to them top 8 finish maybe or higher?

Not too sure if anyone has heard or not, but it looks like Sevilla is ready to give up Luis Fabiano for about 14-15 million.

This sounds like an absolute steal and I don't know why Liverpool wouldn't jump on this. He is an absolute top striker and I think would be great to bolster our forwards..
