Well since we now have Jovanovic, Cole and Riera, all theree could play on the left, I'd get rid of Babel and get Huntelar.Babel is not much of a striker or maybu he cant show it to us here.Huntelar also isnt having a great time at Milan.A switch could prove to be great for them. But to be honest he wont make more than a sub but he will be a good replacment for Torres, and since Torres is getting injured often, Huntelar might just get a few games under his belt.

Why would Hunterlaar come to sit on the bench?  He did enough of that at Real & Milan.  He cant afford to move again and not play regular football.

I don't rate hunterlaar to be honest he's what 28? Would rather bring in someone else. I'd like to see what Roy can get out of Babel though.

James Milner wants to leave Aston Villa; he can join City, but only at the right price.

we are putting smokescreens out there for once. Our manager is cute with the media and someone else his throwing red herrings out there.

Dont be surprised to see us getting someone in who we havent been linked with yet. Bridge is a smokscreen, trust me. Huntelaar would be great for us. two up front. with gerrard, cole, maxi and albert backing up.

MMMM tasty

If he stays at Milan it would be even worse. He'll be deffenetly looking for a change. He might be hoping on Torres getting injured again :D

Now that's a great rumour.

Recently checking Huntelaar out i'd be for it. Found out he's 26 and not 28 or 29 like i thought! He would be a good pairing with Torres and a good back up. He's yet to really make a name for himself but coming to PL and succeeding you almost always make a name for yourself. So if he did come i'm sure he'd want to show what he's got. Torres also said he wanted competition in his place so Huntelaar would offer that. Would make formations and options even more viable as we would probably adopt 4-4-2 or 4-4-1.

They want to buy N'zogbia for 8.5 million and want Ben arfa off their list apparently. We have been offered so if we have i hope Roy is still thinking about it i don't know why he would go to Everton, Newcastle or the un-named german team over us though.

Realistically, though, we have to consider 2 things:

1) Roy might actually play two up top a fair bit, meaning we might be looking for someone to partner Torres

2) Even if we do predominantly play 1 up top (and assuming he stays) Torres will miss games and his understudy will get plenty of action in all likelihood

Because he needs to play.  His another player who isnt really in a position to go somewhere to sit on the bench.  Now I'm not saying anyone should come here and just expect to play but if OM are looking to loan him first then I can see why Ben Arfa might want to make sure his got a v good chance of playing first team football week in week out.

Personally I think he wouldnt have much to worry about.  Ben Arfa offers a lot more wide right than Kuyt or Maxi does.  I would get rid of maxi.  His useless.
