I wouldn't laugh. Normally Chelsea would be throwing double that at us whenever Benitez was here. 30 million is a lot of money to managers like Hodgson and of course our leeches. Something is up if they are throwing less money at us than what's expected.

:censored: that. It's Broughton and Cecile calling the shots now, not the owners. They know he can get easily 60 - 80Mil.... for him so are not going to settle for 30. And anyway even if they got 30 how much would go to Roy? Nothing... for him to probably get 20 they would need to get 60.

I'm tellin' ye, ther's something up behind that bid. They must think we're in a desperate situation...wait...we are in a desperate situation. Maybe they've thrown that out there to see if Broughton or Purslow say no, we want 50. Chelsea go "50?! MUWWWHAHAHA! That's a steal." Done deal. Of course, that if Torres doesn't turn round and tell them to get f*cked first. Which he will.

Hope the lad stays on and every summer we have to endure the rumours. If hes not spoken to Hodgson I would be dissapointed because its no hamper to his situation in South Africa, good old Kuyt has nailed his colours to the mast on the eve of the final anyways so no excuse for Torres. Just hope all this we can talk after the World Cup :censored: is just that because theres no excuse, its only a phone call. Whatever he chooses fair enough but he will go a long way to find a better club than Liverpool thats for sure medals on the mantle or not.

He's gotta go on holiday first remember..... "teams can't do anything until then"  :glare:  :(

Hope you are right though. But if he was gonna tell them to :censored: off he would have done by now I reckon. Or at least he would have said something positive.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

I cant imagine him playing against us and scoring. It would kill me tbh and I doubt he would want to either

He is a professional like all the others - he plays for money, just like how you do your job.

Other clubs will pay him a lot more money and he'll be with better players and have a better chance of winning trophies.

Maybe him playing as krap as he has been in the world cup will help us keep him.

Kuyt hardly turned down anybody - he doesn't score, he is Heskey with a Dutch accent.

But Heskey is played as a striker and Kuyt is played as a winger!

when a chance falls to Kuyt - for LFC or Holland , do you think he'll score?

Depends on the chance really :D

I agree that Kuyt, like Heskey, are not that great at finishing and arent reliable to score goals. But to compare a Strikers goal scoring record with a Wngers is a different matter.

And even when you do compare them, Kuyt comes out on top! He got 11 goals as a Winger a few seasons ago didnt he? Not too bad for someone who scores as often as the pope eh?

Few wires loose uptop methinks, but he isn't the only one to knock one of our better players. He'll get dragged into topics that are nothing to do with him as well

Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer
