hell what a cruel game thsi is. As if a penalty shootout isn't bad enough, to have been able to win it right before the end of extra time.

I don't give a fukk about the hopes of a continent. There are a lot more people in Ghana than Uruguay.

For a country with about 3.5m people to win 2 world cups (albeit in the early days) and be in the semis is a great achievement.

All this condescending Africa stuff is nonsense.

Undeserved for Gyan - he's been one of the stars of the world cup so far. Don't even know who he plays for.

Best drama of the world cup.

Sh'ite world cup this though - imagine having to wait until the 3rd qf match to see a bit of excitement. The ball is f'ucking rubbish - skites off the surface and out of play all the time, players can't control it.

I think the ball has had a massive influence in many games.
