juding by the same comments he left in the Torres and Gerrard threads I'm gonna guess he's trying to be funny
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

I'll be happy if he stays another year, I think he still has a lot more to offer if he can get 100% fit.  From what he's now saying I guess he never really was and he may never be, but time will tell.

Plus, this new Australian medical wonderguy is set to take over and hopefully sort out the sick list....
Why not ? We've spent enough - no point selling him yet...

Agreed

I am happy he wants to stay hopefully he will show why we paid all that money for him. Does anybody know if he is in Italy's squad for the world cup? Because we could do with him having no chance of being injured and being fresh for pre season.

Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

It is a blessing as he will probably start next season with fire in his belly and a point to prove. Should only help us.

FFS he has enough problems with the rest of his body without setting his guts alight.

I am aware that every year for Aquilani seems to be injury-hit.  Point still stands, though.

Every match that Aquilani featured in we won, he was the missing link in our team last season. We'll play much more expansive football with this man in the team and I am confident he will feature more than he did last season.

Not good for him that he isn't going to the world cup but this could be very good news for us!!
