You owe us big time ?! are you serious ?! we needed him just as much as he needed us... we probably needed him more than he needed us if anything... was always bound to be snatched up by a top club after his westham disaster but anyways...
Well some lad on Rawk posted this
Just so people know, all this talk of Visa problems is
and it's just being peddelled by his agent as a reason to move.Mascherno has got an italian passport, even though he is Argentinean. As he is an EU national working in the UK (Exercising his rights to work in the UK under the treaty of Rome), his non European dependants (Wife and daughters) can apply for a Residence permit, which is valid for 5 years from date of issue, after which they can apply for permanent residence. The Residence permit is valid, unless they spend more than 2 years outside of the UK. so basically, she can travel to and from the UK, without any problems. she doens't need a Visa any more.
Mrs Mascherano has already applied for and been given a permit, as has his first daughter. Any more children and they have to be added to the permit via an application to the Home Office on a paper form, Hardly an odyssey?
Before anyone asks, I'm not going to say how I know this.
These comments are very worrying from, the agent, he's looking for excuses to force through a move. Also, Mrs Mascherano would be in exactly the same position if she moved to Spain, she would have to apply for a Spanish resident permit.
