Interesting read...Martial and Matic might be out for the ManU...If that's true i feel even better..Matic is a their defensive powerhouse..Martial is the preferred striker as well..
I also assume Lingard won't start as well..

Having said that they will all probably start tomorrow  :grinning:

Yup I'm bit sceptical i think one of them if not both will start. Probably just mind games, will see.

Well matchday today as Sunday has begun in UK time.

More of this please Redmen

Not relevant but just was watching some of our games of last season and enjoyed how We blitzed City apart in the UCL 1st leg.

Agree with the sentiments on here about the gegenpress and taking the game to the filth. If it’s a shoot-out we will come on top.

A lot on here saying if we lose that’s it for the title, I look at it the way around, once we win this one I can’t see City catching us with us this kind of momentum........

Completely agree, its the  3 points AND the momentum (which has to be regained sharpish) that make this a must win.

Yep, thought the same. The trio of Henderson-Wijnaldum-Fabinho have never played together in the same line-up, but they're our best midfielders at the moment and we should play all three of them today. The rest of the line-up is pretty straight forward.

Alisson
TAA
Matip
Virgil
Robo

Hendo
Gini
Fabinho

Salah
Mane
Firmino

I think it should be this line up

Alisson

TAA
Fabinho
VVD
Robbo

Henderson
Gini
Keita

Mane
Bobby
Mo

But think Matip will play and Naby will be on the bench

Also wouldn’t surprise me if Lovren is playing

Fabinho has to play- he is in the best form along with Gini.

If that's the 3 it's way too defensive and we are more likely to lose.
Fab, Gini and Hendo or Milner as the third one in there.

Suspect Fabinho may play right back. What's up with trent?

I think I'd rather see Milner in MF than RB! I hope Jurgen knows what he's doing, our defence looked pretty shaky when Milner/Henderson were filling in at RB, I'm not saying Trent has been out of this world but we've definitely looked more solid since he's come back into the team.
When Trent was out everyone we played targeted our right hand side and I'll be surprised if United don't do the same again today.
I don't enjoy these types of games at all, there's too much riding on them.
