Just saw that on Twitter, 4-4-2 with Kuyt and Carroll up top I'd imagine.  Good lineup.

Or 5 in the middle. Kuyt on the right. 3 in the middle and Carroll to stand on his own like he's done in the rest of the recent friendlies!!!!!!!!!!!! (Obviously not my choice)
