Liverpool v blackpool - Wwbbtj?

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby Kukilon » Sun Oct 03, 2010 5:10 pm

Most people last season said that if Rafa couldn't get us CL footie he should go... and away he went. People also blamed the players. They players are playing even worse now and therefor the manager must go.

I thought Roy would be a good manager and help us get going again.  I now know for sure I was completely wrong.  Watching his response to what was happening on the pitch in the last two games seals it.  Ciggy, you were absolutely right.  This job is beyond Roy Hodgson.  I really hope he's shifted sooner than later.  Terrible for a club like ours.  I don't believe we will be RELEGATED.  But I don't have much hope of playing above mid-table.  Sick to my stomach today.

I hope Gerrard and Cara are happy now...They wanted a british manager 'who understands the PL, would play players in their right positions and stop all this zonal marking nonesense'...

U have one now!
Floyd stepped left and threw the hook that caught Hatton flush under the chin. Finally, the British champ had arrived in that mythical place of which his fans speak: Hatton Wonderland.

I think if we started playing Miereles in the middle rather than Poulsen, it might be a different story. Just didn't put out the best 11 players out there. The best players for us was the Big Greek and never thought we needed to count on him when come into attack. This has nothing to do with having a go at Roy. Just discussing his tactic neutrally. I think things are not going well but we should stop fighting as it is not making anyone happier.

And this ladies and gentlemen is why Roy Hodgsen doesn't often get to manage a big club. No disrespect to him personally but he is doing more harm than good and sometimes you need to cut your loses and pack it in. If we keep him till the end of the season there is a real risk we will finish in the bottom half of the table.

Something has to change quick, but we are limited in what we can do due to the ownership situation. I suppose on the plus side finishing lower surely devalues the club? Would put more pressure on H&G to sell?

Ah well, it was Blackpool - the side that beat Wigan 4-0 away; Wigan - the team that beat Spurs 1-0 at WHL. We can't have too many complaints.  :)

The fact they were consulted in the first place is absurd.  What if RH quits do they then ask Carragher and Gerrard again who they want?

Wrong again !

We blamed Rafa over the losses and tactics ..

Some on this forum, are doing the exact opposite with Roy ...

Rafa had 5 years, Roys had 7 games (in the permiership)

so roy is new to the premier league then?.
to imply he needs time to adapt is a joke,he just isnt good enough.
never was.
its ok to admit it :nod it wont make you any less of a fan!!

Sorry,  but I fear if we give him 7 more we'll be relegated !!

Liverpool FC are more important to me than Roy Hodgson , nice man though he is.
