Who would you prefer to see start the game at Anfield v Chelsea, Djibs or Milan.

Personally I would prefer the pace and power of Djibril but mayn believe my view is stupid, and he is a really bad player.(What do you think?)

You want Riise and Carragher to play at centre back against Drogba?

yeah because risse has the pace and carra has the build.Thats what we played in 2nd half against boro and they had no chance

i was amazed when riise came on for the second half on saturday in the centre, but to be fair he did ok. i think, though, that benitez was maybe having a look at his options if (please god no) jamie gets a booking and is out for the final.

Would prefer to see Baros start , despite the flak he has received from myself and others he does put in the work rate . I'd like to see him run the legs off the Chelski defence before we unleash Cisse for the last 30 mins.

I don't understand when he put's cisse on it's for the last 20mins.Why doesn't Raffa put him on at half time so we can see how good he can play.

When he comes on it is always on the right as well

Neither Carragher nor Riise have the build to cope with Drogba's strength. Just because Riise does well for 45 minutes doesn’t mean we should chuck him in at centre back for the most important game of the season. Thats just insane.

Cisse just came back from a career threatening injury... we have to be careful with him.

cisse should start no question, what has baros done over the past two months?  The whole atmosphere of the team changes when Cisse is on the field, that said, stevie and Garcia will pop a couple in anyway so stuff em both eh?

Why on earth should a player missing all season through injury be in the first11?

And why is Riise (in another post) in central defence?

Riise is an important player. He is 100% effort and a potential match winner.

Riise in central defence? Maybe he can do a job there all right. But he lacks experience in that position and we need him more in other positions. I agree that we lack pace and skills in the back. Hyypia is an accident waiting to happen because of his lack of pace and his lack of creativity and positionig abilities. Last game vs Boro when Riise was tried in that position he did well. And it is clear that a better CD with a bit of creativity and pace will make us a much better team, I think Hyypia will play tomorrow.

Hamann is for me the most important player tomorrow. He has to be our stabilizing force and ball winner. He must give proper protection to the back 4 and win a lot of second balls.

Also Traore and Baros will play. I suspect this line up
