Surely he's better than the shower of sh##e in your midfield at the moment (Gerrard excepted)?

Stop being stupid. There is a big difference between reserve team football and premier league games. Nothing has happened, John Welch is miles away from premiership standards.
If football is banned in heaven. I'd rather go to hell.

we should buy some 'quality' midfielders like Seth Johnson and Jason Wilcox
