The Arsenal conundrum

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby destro » Wed Mar 19, 2008 9:11 pm

Is the question really that hard ?

Which ONE do you want to win
Which ONE do you want to lose
Which ONE do you want to draw

Therefore, hypothetically you  pick ONE option for each game, it does not make you a cr@p fan  to just go along with the question
???

Anyway my ( hypothetical ) choice is Draw,Lose,Win

well i don't want to lose or draw any of the three.
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

hypothetically i vote we win all 3 :p
but given the choice ni this strange dilemma. lose 1-0 at home to them, draw in the league and beat them 5-0 2nd leg

I don't want to draw or lose any game, therefore I'm going for a win for all three.

Puts more pressure on the Chavs to beat Arsenal this weekend which suits our purposes just fine.

I'll second those choices for the same reason- but if come the end of the season Man U are still top then i'd take the draw in the league and win away (0 -4) and lose at home (0-1) therefore going through on away goals!

If we draw the first game, lose the second - why do you think we're good enough to win the third?

Win the first, draw (rest) the second and win/draw the third to take the tie.

Arsenal are under pressure, sitting back in the first 2 games would simply reassure them and give them the belief they can roll us ffs. We have to stamp our authority over those busters from the first minute of the first game.

lose the CL first leg 2-1

draw the league game

win the CL second leg 1-0

just on these games though, it will be interesting to see what team starts the league game in comparison to the CL game three days previous.
