Truth is he wasn't good enough in the first place and didn't do much to change it over the course of 3 seasons. It wasn't so much the pace of the game but the physicality of it that he struggled with. We got what we paid for in the end imo.

I hope he does well in France ,has the makings of a really good player with more games and more responsibility. Decent enough when he played ,but never got the games to impress further. I have a suspicion we haven't heard the last of Taki and his career will go from strength to strength beyond this move.
