My first post from across the pond....
I would like SG to sign a long term deal as well, but I am getting a bit frustrated with him because it seems like he is dragging his feet. I know what he has said, but his actions tell me he wants to leave.

No you can't trust the agent, but he's not gonna flat out lie about is he, cos Stevie would promptly get rid of him.

Can somebody record what Rafa and Gerrard actually said and put in here for me to download?

At least till now i still believe that Gerrard will stay.

Someone in this whole Gerrard deal is not being truthful, so we have no chance of establishing the facts. Benitez says he wants Gerrard to stay for life and Gerrard says he cannot possibly leave. If this is the truth then just sign the contract. His Agent says that the contract talks are a farce and we are trying to force Stevie G out the club. Parry says he wants him to stay. It my guess that whatever Liverpool offered Gerrard just was not what Gerrard or his Agent hoped for. Liverpool think its a fair offer and they apparently do not, so its a stalemate. If neither side will adjust their numbers then we have to sell Gerrard now. We await the outcome :lookaround

You can replacement the talent, but not the heart, love, and passion for the team. But if he wants way more money, then I guess he doesnt love this team as much as we thought...

well if gerrard goes and leaves now he will be officially hated by every1 related to liverpool fc especially the way he is trying to leave making it like the club is forcing him out he will be booed and despised just like rooney is by everton fans he will be a traitor and will never be able to show his face here again think about that gerrard before u f*ck off like this

I agree with the first part, but i dont agree with this :

If he wants to leave (IF), then there is no heart, love and passion for the team in my opinion!

Spot on liverpoolanytime. I was thinking a bit in the past (with the good old stevie) when I wrote that phrase.

I just kept thinking that he would definitely stay, but now no way. And you are absolutely right, he sounds like he really doesnt have the heart, passion, or love for lfc. I love this team, and I would play for 10k a week even if i was the captain.

I always thought stevie would be different when it came to money, but I guess not.
