Judge that would be an incredible scoreline imo. I would love to see it, but its more likely to be a dogfight.

I reckon he's related to our old friend Pompey. They both clearly have mental problems. I said a few weeks ago that wigans run in up to christmas would truely show whether they can cut it against the 'big' teams.

What happened?

They've lost to Arsenal and Tottenham, and now your going to lose the mighty reds. We'll be 2nd you'll be slowly slipping back to where you belong...the championship.

Come on how weird would it be if Wigan stayed in the Premiership?? They should stick to Rugby

Ok, before I was kidding little wiganer. More seriously I don't believe in luck, if they are not on the bottom of the table, it must be because at least there is some good work done. I appreciate the humble teams that show football is not always a matter of money.

But it's true I don't have too much knowledge about this team, if anybody can explain me what do you think it's the key to their decent league position, comments are welcome

One guess that immediately springs to mind is that most other teams underestimate them, and had the mentality that if we turn up we'll win sort of thing.

But that hasnt been the case

Give the dude a break!

He's obviously delighted his team are doing well-and so he should be.
He seems to forget, however that we aint doing too badly ourselves and is maybe getting a little carried away.
S'pose there's no real harm in that- just a gentle reminder of what the bitters were saying at the end of last season........:p

i watched Wigan last night and have to say that in the first half they looked really good. Lot's of attacking play, with plenty of players getting into Newcastle's box. In the second half though Newcastle came back into it and could have nicked a couple of goals to steal the game.

I think it'll be a different game at Anfield, where we'll try and boss the game and show them why we let Henchoz go. It'll be a tough game but class will shine through!!

Sabre, they play (well) to a system they know and are organised.
Every man knows what he has to do, and this season they have been doing it well.
They come unstuck against the better teams when organization and effort are just not enough.
