welcome to the forum mate. the double standards on here is ridiculous at times. can you believe that after the defeat at bolton (in august i think) people on here were calling for benitez to be sacked? it beggars belief sometimes.

i cant believe that, some people on here dont have a clue, probably cos they dont go the match and therefore lack the passion and understanding that proper fans have.

benitez has been left with a hard job cos of the ****** houllier left him with, stick by him, but if we win the league cup i think we will be rejoicing and the same doubters will try and blend it with us all, to hide the fact that they talk ****** most tof the time

make a mental note of who the doubters are, and then come the end of the season we can name and shame them

I couldnt agree more with the original comments. Squad rotation does not work and is vastly over rated. I hate it and the sooner they quit with this madness the better. Lets face it, for all our rotating we have never had so many injuries. Maybe its because they dont play enough they get injured so easy and so quickly. I think they should play more not less  :)

I saw highlights of the 1986 cup final a couple of months back and one thing I noticed was that only a few players on the pitch were really running at any one time, the others generally stuck to their area.

Molby stuck to the centre spot.

Nowdays the players are constantly sprinting up and back (especially the wide players and centre midfielders). If we doubled their wages they wouldn't get twice as fit.

OH YEAH? Get real. What if we player the first 11 and got 2 players injured. Then we lost maybe 3 league games because of this and missed out on CL qualification.

And now I have reports that suggests Baros got injured last night. Happy now?
