Also in all fairness, I reckon our game was the worst to watch.

They should have a simple policy, most goals go on first and least go on last. But then nobody would watch it if they know the 0-0s are up last but then why show extended highlights of a bore draw anyway?

But the principle should be picking the games BEFORE they're played, if Hull had lost then they would probably have been lower down the pecking order. I can't be arsed myself, but it would be interesting to pick up the patterns of the big four and the promoted sides. They usually put the top two sides on first, then any game of interest followed by a couple of other games then us. In some ways I wish they'd put the highights on repeat cycle on 'interactive' so you can watch them any time during the following 24 hours

Also isn't there a big flaw in the MOTD approach? Saturday's action on Saturday, Sunday's on Sunday with Saturday's goals, but what about Monday's action?

I didn't check last week as I forgot, but at times last season they had the MOTD running order in the "news in brief" section of teletext ;) Decide if you want to watch it Saturday night or Sunday morning based on that.

i think both Cisse and Crouch are goin to score many many goals this season as both have alot in their game that they quite simply werent given the chance to show at Liverpool. All the best to both. And watch out for Zaki of Wigan he can turn out to be the buy of the season, very good striker.

Quoting from memory something I said in a mixed forum, Cisse scored 24 goals in 78 appearances (roughly if not precisely) and 36 of those appearances were as sub.

The news in brief listing does state 'subject to change', obviously they felt Arsenal getting beat and Stoke winning were more interesting than us pulling a rabbit out of the hat against boro. It wasn't last, then again wait until Chelsea and the mancs play on the same day and watch us drop to just before the dregs

8 minutes was all we got.
From Shankly to Brendan we follow our team, Rome to Istanbul we've all lived the dream. Our journey is long, our goal stays the same, to keep for our children the famous red name.

If the mancs had won we'd have seen 20 mins of highlights and 8 mins of analysis.
