LIVERPOOL VS FULHAM - Lets get on a run

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Same team as many of you have already stated for me -

Reina, Finnan, Carra, Sami & Riise

Pennant, Gerrard, Xabi, Garcia

Bellamy, Kuyt.

However, Gonzales looks like he'll be fit for Saturday, so he could come back in on the left.

Should be a comfortable win, Fulham are not great away from home. Bellamy on fire at the moment, I tip him and Kuyt to get at least one each and the Reds to win 3-0.

Very inconsistent this season, on paper its a game we should win. I think Rafa's new system is good. 3 centre backs Hyypia, Carragher, Agger with Finnan and Riise as wing backs. Gerrard in the very centre, Alonso with him and someone like Pennant there as well, perhaps Garcia. Kuyt a definite starter. I think its very unfair that Crouch isn't playing. Bellamy played a blinder against Wigan but he has'nt really impressed me in any other games. Just thought there Crouchy silenced his critics against Wigan and Bellamy has emulated his strike partner this season.  :sleep

Maybe I'm being sentimental, but I would love to see Robbie start this one.  The lad still has goals in him and he'll be riding high after his goals in Turkey.  Pair him with Kuyt or Bellamy and I predict he scores a brace at least. :nod

Firstly; team for Saturday - I think Rafa will go for the flexible looking 3-5-2 formation again. I am convinced this is our best formation, it gives Stevie freedom to roam along with Garcia and gives stability at the back.

Secondly; the upcoming fixtures - I would not be surprised if we went on and won all our games in December/over the Xmas period. Things are just starting to click again. Just like they did during December 2005!! :;):

Totally agree with that!

Fowler yet again showed that if he gets chances he will score.Ok he has aged a bit and his all round game maybe is not what it was!

He's still probably our most natural goalscorer, basically give him the ball and he does the business.
Playing him every week aint an option because of his age but games like this at home are crying out for him.

My birthday tomorrow baby!!!  Got me ticket, I'll be in the Kop and straight on the lash for about fifteen pints afterwards!!!!!

Fancy a 2-0 for the Reds.
