don't rate them... are they as good as Nesta, Maldini, Cannavaro, Jaap Stam, Lothar Mathaus, Hyppia, Tony Adams? Probably only Laurent Blanc is in the same league as these great defenders. Legendary defenders has come from Germany, England, Italy and Brazil...

yup Lizerazu was quite good and underrated actually... he played in Bayern too long I forgot he was french...

well... I believe Tony Adams, John Terry, Rio Ferdinand and Jammie Carragher are all better defenders than the recent french defenders... maybe only Laurent Blanc and Lilian Thuram are in their league...

why are people so negative before the lads even got here??
hes come in on the cheap if he developes great if not move him on, no big deal
honestly the people on here are so miserable its unreal

Traore
Zidane sorry I mean Cherou
Le Tallec
Pongolle
Ngog (ok debatable but I don't think so)

and who can forget Ferri or whatever his name was

This is how it will go, he will get 1 or 2 start this season, next season he will be loaned out, after that Rafa just sees no point in keeping him and then sells him.
