Yeah, now you lot, you laugh and all that .

But I'd love to have read this thread if it was posted 2 weeks ago, after losing against Crystal Palace, you'd say "bolloc*s" "f*cks" and all that :D

If the not brilliant EPL performance has been commented plenty of times, I think it's fair to realise as well that Liverpool has been brilliant in CL competition. Draw against Chelki, 2 away wins, that's not in the hand of everybody. It's good this post reminds us that.

I don't think so, Villareal has been no more than a division two team at their best until the nineties, and they're tenth. It's an artificial point system that gives much weight to the actual CL games

Absolute joke of a system tbh, How on earth are Barca and Chelsea not figuring when they both won the league?

The only bit that makes sense is Liverpool at #1. :D

This is absurd.

Everyone knows that Burton Albion are the best team in the world.

Mmmm, agree with Phil here.

I know we all love to see Liverpool at No.1 in everything but by the simple fact that Chelsea & Barcellona don't even appear in the top ten, makes me wonder about the legitimacy or authenticity of this statistic. I think this one needs to be taken with a grain of salt rather than on face value.

LFC is No.1 in my heart and that result is tops for me!!!   :nod

Statistics based? I wonder what statistics they omitted because which would have given some of the top teams who were way down more of the representation of their abilities.

Much as I am mad about Liverpool, this statistics do not have much "believe-ability" to it. Chelsea and Barca should be much closer to the top and Inter Milan has done absolutely nothing and won nothing of note for such a long time. They shouldn't even appear in the top ten!

Anfieldadorer, for the likely answer you are looking for, just look up the recent stats for both teams and "all will be revealed..."
