HILLSBOROUGH FOR DUMMIES

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby Leonmc0708 » Mon Apr 14, 2008 11:12 pm

Two excellent posters on RAWK have put together an excellent piece regarding hte disaster, the buildup and after effects.

Please take the time to read over it - you can learn a few things, I certainly did, and always seem to do with every piece I see, hear or read.

http://hfdinfo.com/HFDdocument2.pdf - 15 page version

http://hfdinfo.com/HFDdocument1.pdf - 4 page smaller version

For more information, the contrast site is excellent : http://www.contrast.org/hillsborough/

Once you have read through the stuff, consider making a donation to the HJC.

I am sure there is no need to mention it, but your respectfullness tomorrow is as much expected as it will be appreciated.

R.I.P our 96 angels.

Gone but never forgotten.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Kenny Dalglish 1/2/2011

REST IN PEACE PHIL, YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.

Never will they be forgotten, always in our hearts and minds, I will definately be offering what pittance I can to the HJC.

P.S. Hillsborough for dummies seems to me to be the wrong title, how about something more fitting to there memories?

RIP lads and lasses.
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

as most of you know on here i"m a survivor of hillsborough, & since i
have never & never will go to work on this day, as i will spend most
of the day in church praying & crying for the 96 brothers & sisters
who are in my thoughts every day.
as i have said the only way i cope at this time of year is through
the love & support of my family & friends.
today i don"t want to discuss football, i will just reflect on
how lucky i am to be alive, as i do every day, but more so today
as i know nothing i do can bring the 96 back, but i will always
do what i can to help the hjc & just hope & pray one day
justice will finally be done so the families will have some conclusion
in their lives. i sincerly hope what ever plans people have on here
everyone will stop what they are doing at 3.06 today and observe
a minutes silence in respect of those who will always be remembered
god bless the 96 & the families, also all those who are survivors
of hillsborough.
