A "director of football" is a bit of a bullshit position and one that Benitez wouldn't be suited to I don't think.
Quite often a DoF simply acts as an intermediary between the manager and the board and I'd rather have Klopp do his own yapping to the board to be honest.
I prefer his no nonsense approach.
