The return of Owen would be an interesting proposition. I reckon we could afford to buy him back for £10m or so based solely on what he would earn with his marketability in the Far East etc.

I would welcome Owen back with open arms... but i dont think we should get rid of Baros.  Maybe we can do a swap... Owen  for IGOR and Mellor...  sounds good to me!!!!

it will be tricky if he comes back because they you will have players complaining that they arent getting a game, if he comes back and baros stays, we will have 4 top strikers

i can't see how michael owen would want to return to liverpool. the fact of the matter is, he will be seen as a failure in spain if he returns so soon. he scored again for madrid last night and if it wasn't for the fact that raul "can't get dropped" he'd be seriously pushing for a starting place.

Your story is bullsh it, why would we want that bench warming judas back anyway. Baros is twice the player owen is and i'd rather die than see that traitor come back. Owen deserves everything hes getting at the moment for turning his back on the club that made him!!

Dont let your anger at the manner of his leaving cloud the memories of all HE DID for the club

You don't agree, well that doesn't suprise me considering you've named yourself after splinter ar se himself. Baros touch, technique, determination, is far superior to owens, and don't try and tell me otherwise because anyone who knows anything about football can see that, oh that must rule you out then!!!

Surely you are taking the p1ss.  Owen is by far the superior player.  Don't get me wrong Baros is getting better all the time but check out the stats.

But I know what your are going to say... Mr M Owen.. I do have some of that in my title too...
