why is he still on our books if this is true this is the 3rd time, we should get rid a.s.a.p even though hes at Bolton hes still associated with us, cause we are paying half of his wages

Liverpool striker El-Hadji Diouf has been accused of spitting at Portsmouth defender Arjan de Zeeuw during today's Premiership fixture.
The Senegal international - on loan at Bolton - appeared to spit at De Zeeuw during the second-half of the match at the Reebok Stadium.
"I felt it in my face," said De Zeeuw. "Hopefully it was just heat of the moment stuff because it's not very sporting. I had a word with the referee at the end of the match and I tried to with El-Hadji Diouf."
Diouf is already the subject of a police probe over claims he spat at a young Middlesbrough supporter recently. There's also the ongoing civil case against him by the Celtic supporter who he was convicted of spitting at. West Ham fans also once accused him of spitting at them during a match against the Reds when he was warming up.
may be it's a ritual in Senegal.. or he just dribbles a lot..
