Cisse in hot water

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby Ciggy » Sun Oct 02, 2005 10:17 am

On friday he was making an advert in London a mock England V France, an arsenal fan went to shake his hand and pulled it away, then Cisse is supposed to have hit him in the head twice
There are witnesses they grabbed Cisse away and said he was out of order, the police are going to investigate sounds like the lad just wants money but we cant afford players doing that either.
Club and Cisse refuse to comment on the matter.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

He should've headbutted him once more from me
On a serious note, I believe that any violence is unncessary, and that Cisse shouldn't be so hot tempered.
There will always be some stupid ar.seholes who want to make some player look bad.

as a well known player you will always be subjected to provocation. if he lose his self control like that, he could be in some serious trouble.
Bill Shankly after beating Everton in the '71 cup semi : "Sickness would not have kept me away from this one. If I'd been dead, I would have had them bring the casket to the ground, prop it up in the stands and cut a hole in the lid."

Cisse 'assaulted' boy who played TV prank

Police are investigating claims that Liverpool footballer Djibril Cisse assaulted a 15-year-old boy who fooled the French international with a television show prank.

The youth alleges that he was struck on the head by the French star at an east London park in the Docklands area, Scotland Yard said.

A spokeswoman said: "Police were called to Broomfield Street E14 on Friday at 6.58pm regarding an allegation of assault on a 15-year-old boy.

"The allegation was that he was struck on the head.

"Medical aid was declined."

No arrest was made but it is understood the 24-year-old Frenchman, who joined the Champions League victors in 2004, will be questioned over the alleged incident.

Cisse was filming an advert featuring a mocked-up England versus France match.

The youngster told a national newspaper that he was struck when he pulled away from shaking Cisse's hand, in a prank copied from Sky football show Soccer AM.

He said: "I went up to Cisse and went to shake his hand, but pulled my hand away as a joke and put my thumb on my nose and wiggled my fingers. He didn't see the funny side and lunged towards me."

i'm sure this is typical media style blowing it out of the water. cisse maybe playfully cuffed him, or maybe a little clip round the ear for the cheeky little fecker. things that would or should go unnoticed in a normal situation.

or maybe your username was some kind of amazing prophecy, lynds... :D
