I think the best that we can do is to ask the FA to add some rules. One of that is a video replay not only for handball situation, off the ball incident and many many more , just like in American Football .

Cant see how you can say you dont want  american ideas in football over here.
You only have  to look at the way SKY sports has introduced american ways of presenting the games  to see how it has already influenced the game here. The stats etc, all the different camera angles and computer  graffics etc etc.

I am not talking about SKY btw, I am talking about the actual game on the pitch, not the way it's presented.

Understood. Who wanted to play soccer for 3hrs ? nobody , but if video replay is apart of soccer now , I think that it will be better because at the end of the game , the outcome will be fair and square.

no rugny has it right with only using it for try scoring situations, American Football is made for TV - it takes 3 hours to play an hour of the actau game FFS!!!!!!
